Terms And Conditions Of Enrolment

1. Method of Payment.

A deposit of €500 is required when enrolling (please send a copy of the all the payment receipts to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Enrolment will be confirmed when the deposit has been received and the enrolment form has been duly filled in. We will send you a receipt for the amount paid. The total payment of the course must be made before 1 June.

2. Cancellations must be notified in writing. Any person cancelling before 1 June will be entitled to receive a refund of the amount paid up to that time, deducting €250 from this amount for administration costs. From 1 June up to 14 days before the start of the course, 50% of the total amount of the course will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the courses.

3. ALBATROSS GOLF & SPORTS S.L. reserves all the rights over the audiovisual material in which the student appears for use as advertising material for future camps provided that the parents do not object to this. If the parents object they must notify ALBATROSS GOLF & SPORTS, S.L in writing.

4. The father, mother or guardian authorises the student to participate in all the course activities, as well as in any trips and/or excursions undertaken during the camp, as well as in transfers from the airport, train or bus station by private transport.

5. ALBATROSS GOLF & SPORTS S.L. is not liable for any possessions and clothes lost by the students. We recommend that you label your child's clothing and possessions.

6. The consumption of alcohol and drugs, getting piercings and tattoos done or similar practices are prohibited during the camp; any students violating this rule will be expelled from the camp. ALBATROSS GOLF & SPORTS S.L. is authorised to cancel the participation of any student enrolled in any camp at any time in the event that he/she does not respect the academic attendance requirements or rules of conduct and discipline established for the course. Any costs resulting from the return journey of a student who has been expelled will be borne by his/her parents or guardians.

7. The use of mobile telephones during the hours established by the centre management is permitted.

8. Any unjustified damage caused to the facilities, hotel or items that form part of the organisation or outside of it will be paid for by the student.

9. If the student decides, with the approval of his/her parents or guardians, to leave the camp arbitrarily against the opinion of the programme directors, this will incur the loss of the money paid for all items. ALBATROSS GOLF & SPORTS S.L. would like all the children to complete the camps and will do everything in its power, together with all the organisation members, to ensure that they do.

10. Medical treatment. Any student enrolled on the camp must notify ALBATROSS GOLF & SPORTS S.L. in advance if he/she needs medical or pharmacological treatment during their stay at the camp. All students will have accident insurance as well as health care in case of an accident. Students must bring their Social Security card or Private Insurance card with them in the event that they need medical care due to illness. Parents are liable for any costs associated with medical care due to illness (not accidents) that the student may require. In the event that the student needs medical treatment or needed to be admitted to hospital and/or operated on without having been able to locate the father, mother or guardian, the camp management is authorised to take any measures it considers necessary, following consultation with healthcare professionals. The parents also authorise the transfer of the student to the healthcare centre in private transport provided by the camp.

11. The camps must have a minimum of 16 students enrolled to go ahead. In the event of cancellation, all the amounts paid before the date of cancellation will be refunded.

12. The second activities on each course must have a minimum of 8 participants enrolled to go ahead. In the event of cancellation of any activity for this reason, the student should choose any of the other activities offered on the course in which he/she is enrolled.

13. ALBATROSS GOLF & SPORTS S.L. is covered by civil liability insurance.

14. ALBATROSS GOLF & SPORTS S.L. reserves the right to cancel a course in the event that the minimum no. of students required to enrol on that programme is not achieved. In this case the amount paid as a deposit by the parents will be refunded in full.

15. All the details of the flight, train or any other means of transport used by the student, both regarding their arrival and departure, must be sent in writing to the camp organisation as well as any change to this. ALBATROSS GOLF & SPORTS S.L. is not liable for any problems which may arise regarding charges for excess baggage, changes to tickets, or any unanticipated refund of money for the student's journey.
